I have tried two different O2 sensors and two different controllers brand new from innovate and keep getting 9.54 afr on my laptop with tunerpro version with the WBo2 patch. it will run up to 10 or 11 with a little throttle and back to 9.54 steady.
I have another car though, my 88 GPSE which I bought with the same wideband already installed in it. it works and displays proper 14.7 reading on tunerpro and on a digital gauge. I ran the analog output through the same pin on the ecm. hooked up everything proper and free air calibrated correctly. everything is the same I just can't get the red tgp to work with the WB like it should.
I have a serial adapter for hooking up to the firmware on the controller in case, but not sure what to do at this point. I was told the factory settings would work fine so I have not messed with that very much yet.
I have spent a lot of time with the wiring and directions. making sure the grounds are proper. grounded to the block. and calibrated many times. switched controllers and sensors enough to be pretty familiar. to rule out all that. and like I said, the other car is fine hooked up the same way. the only thing is I have not messed with the LM programmer too much. mainly because I was told I shouldn't have to.
Why won't it display the proper readouts?
