    The GX is for ECMs that originally had 2732(a) EPROMs.

    You want the G3.

    No, there is no desoldering needed to be done when using the G3.

      ok, refund should be here in 2/3 days max, so i'll go over this again for sake of clarity in case someone else should choose to go this route as well......

      why cant i use the GX, it says its for computers that had 28 pin chips and now use a c3 w/ ex remote for switching ability, seems like it is the same idea as the G3...
      i think you(The_Raven) were refering to the g2x as meant for 2732 applications, right?

      lets say i'm wrong anyway, i can save $2.00(LOL) and get the GP3 package , which has the C3, S3, and the G3... don't know why i didn't see that before.
