Fuel cut off circuit (frequency)

Does any one know what the frequency is on the fuel cut off circuit to keep the injectors at cycle duty to run normally and not cutoff at high speeds or high rpm??

fuel cutoff circuit?

The injectors are turned off (i.e. revlimiter, or high mph cutoff) by the PCM. There is no circuit. When the PCM reads in a high RPM or MPH, it turns off the injectors. The way around that is to program new values for the cutoff in the PCM.
