  • I need a screen shot or doc file of a few 3400 PCM tables

I'm closing in on my 3500 swap into the Fiero and need an example of the following tables from an aluminum head 3400 overhead valve engine, not the 3.4 DOHC:

    Main Spark table
VE table where RPM vs. MAP if available otherwise MAF is fine.
PE vs. RPM table the one that posts as a single column.

and any others you think maybe helpful.

I need them to compare to the TGP code for a good baseline start at tuning since the 3400 is the closest thing out to the 3500. Tunercat and Turnerpro RT does not have a 3400 bin file available to my knowledge so although I have them they are of no help in this situation.

Thanks to all who can help,

    Joseph

Can't help but the 3500 has a different crank sensor or somethign that makes it hard to use an aftermarket computer because it's so different... How are you going about that?

Can you open a .bin file? If so go here http://60degreev6.com/discussion/dlo...gory&cat_id=14

If not PM me your e-mail address and I can send you the tables that you need in .CSV, .HTML, or .XML.

I should have my tune with the 3500 top end done soon, so if you would like to have that .bin when I get done I will gladly send it your way. I have made alot of changes in the VE table and I will be making more this coming weekend.

I'll have an external reluctor wheel mounted on the front of the balancer unless I break down and remove the orginal from the crank and have a 7x templated from it which is what I would really like to do but since the engine is so new I don't want to tamper with it. I have two 3500s with less than 8000 miles each if the parters were telling the truth, they do look like new.

I would appreciate the screen shots I don't have a definition file that I'm aware of for Tuner pro and know that I don't have one in Tunercat to read the bin file at the site address given so I wouldn't be able to access the information in the proper format.

The tuning you come up with on the 3400 enhancements would be appreciated. I have the short 30 lb/hr injectors from a GM 8100 that will be closer to 35 lb/hr at the stock 3500 fuel pressure which I will have to tune for. I'm going to turn the fuel rail around so that the fuel inlet is in the proper location relative to that found on the Fiero. I have the 8100s fuel pressure regulator (will have to cut if from the rail) which is adjustable and has 3 fittings on it so that I can run a returnless fuel setup the way the fuel rail was designed.

I intend to purchase the Romulator package I believe it's called that will allow me to do real time tuning along with a wide band O2 sensor and the programming that the good fellas from this site have provided to help with data logging. I'll be sure to return the favor of sharing what I learn and develop
