Help with ecu file?

Hi, I'm new to tuning and I was wondering where to find an .ecu file for a 90 lumina chip. I looked at the eeprom and it had AUMX 1249, which I found a bin file for. It also has 6J0134 and delco J733. What is the A1, 6D, 88? I'm confused, I understand that they are different layouts, although do I just pick one or is there one particular for my vehicle? So I have the winbin setup and the bin file if that is right, which ecu file do I use and where do I find it.

90 code is 88 mask. If AUMX is 5F, its for the MAF sensor and there isn't much you can do for tuning that other than tunercat (maybe). I would go with the update chip to remove the MAF from the engine.

do u mean the mass air flow sensor because I don't have one? All I have is a map sensor and the iat. I was just trying to disable the egr.
