what burner/emulator and software do you use

im looking closly at burning stuff right now. i had a dea on a package but it may not be what i need. im just wanting to know what burner, emulator and software you use.

im realy looking for a burner that will burn 2732 chips, but i may get the adaptor to go to a 28pin eeprom. emulator isnt as importnat right now, i know i need to run a 28 pin socket for that. im realy just wanting a burner right now.

lemme know what you guys are using, and links help.
