OBD II swap for 3400 5 speed?

Does anyone know for certain if this is doable? I've been pondering the idea but am unsure how the manual trans will affect the PCM. From what i've read there isnt as of yet a way through HPtuners to alter the trans auto codes to erase them or what not. The passlock is another thing that I wonder about,is there a method of bypassing that with HPtuners? Im thinking of going with a 2001 N-car PCM.

I've currently got a 1996 Grand Am with a 3400/5 speed running an 1992 Beretta ECM currently. Also does anyone have the files needed to tune the current 1992 computer in my car? I've got the emulator and OBD I plug in cable for my car as of right now.

I'm not exactly sure how you disable the automatic trans controls in HPT. I dont think it's a simple on/off option. There's probably quite a few things to have to go through. You might also look into DHP and see if they're able to do it, I think they do 3400 PCM's.
