  • WOT-Tech needs 10mm 3400 heads

No cracks, and id like pics. I could get them from car-part but I know people on the forums have heads and I have been asked before when I have plenty or there is no demand. Well, I need a set asap, and id consider buying 2 sets. I am willing to spend 100 a set plus shipping, and I am not going to be stingy on shipping when I want them to be safe from damage in transit.

    Thanks!

Why not drill and tap them? It way to easy with the heads not installed, and cutting them with a tap leaves them with a bit more meat on the threads than how the factory does it.

            What are 10mm 3400 heads?

I may have a set if you still need them.

              10mm rocker threads I assume.

I should have 1 set on their way here right now, and would like 1 more if geldartb has a set there. Any more than that and I can only offer store credit. If that is of interest to anyone that has 10mm rocker arm 3400 heads (170 or 487), shoot me a PM. I would like to pay for heads once they arrive so that I can clean them up and verify they aren't cracked. Credit would be given in the form of a coupon code.

10218170 are the heads i got. send you pics later. do you need the springs and stuff. these are still assembled minus the rocker arms. i should still have those somewhere or do you just want the bare heads.

Would you take a set or two of 3400 heads for store credit on porting a set of 3900 heads?

Towards port work, sure no problem. What kind of porting, and would you want valve job/milling as well? We can take care of that when you are ready if not right away.

Just got these in the mail, both with cracks between the spark plug hole and intake valve seat. I can't tell you how many times I have had this happen so please look at your heads closely.

far too common with 3400 heads...

I haven't seen it myself but do the 3500 heads have this same issue?

I haven't seen any yet for the 3500 heads. Not sure if its metallurgy or design though.
