I picked up a 69 MGB from a junkyard that already has the ClassicConversion kit in it but they used a 2.8 (as far as I can tell so far), instead of rebuilding that one I wanted to see if I can get a fresh 3.4, not sure what T5 is in it but will be removing the whole kitkaboodle this weekend.
Very cool... you'll like the V6 MGB. Although I prefer the FWD engines, the 3.4L is not bad and a huge improvement over the 2.8L. Good luck with your engine search and have fun with your new toy.
I've got a 95 camaro core engine for rebuild. It blew a headgasket and was swapped out.
It's got upper/lower intakes, oil pan and timing cover.
You can have it for $150 core price. I'm about 4 or 5 hours north of you in 74955/oklahoma,but willing to drive partway to meet you if your interested for some gas money.
