We don't have anything higher than 91 octane around here. That has me worried. Did you ever run it on 91? I'd hate to screw myself and end up having to put turbo blue mixed in with 91 just to get to work.... LOL Do you have your tune still for this?

Run meth injection. Octane problem solved.

How much do you want for the TB adapter? Is the TB adapter for a 3500?

I believe that Superdave was running 91 octane pump gas with his 3500 when he had higher comp. and a bigger cam. You can get away with a higher CR when you are running aluminum heads. Its all about your fueling and timing. If you were running OBD1 I could even send you my tune as I still have it. I mean I could drop this engine in a car, put a 65 mm tb on it, hook my Ostrich up to it and drive off. I know that it would runn on 91 0ctane with no problem.

The tb adapter is a TCE 3500 adapter for a 65mm tb from WOT-TECH. Half price and you pay shipping?

I'll be running on OBD1 soon enough. 16149396 PCM that does the 4T60-E. Already have a ported 3500 UIM and a 65mm TB on my 3100 so that's not a problem hehe.

You still have the ostrich? Keeping it?

Johnny, can you get a shipping quote to 65101 ? I could drive, would be about 5-6 hour drive to you. I'd have to find a truck first. Also is Shane selling those headers again?

Shane bought my headers and was going to buy my engine but I haven't heard from him recently. I need to make this happen before the weather changes because I still have not put a garage up and I need to do what I can to the Caprice. I have some ported 3400 manis., crossover pipe and a 2.5" down pipe that I ran when I had this engine in my Beretta. When I put it in the Corsi I put the headers on it and it made a hell of a difference but the 3400 stuff would get you going. I'll check on a shipping quote tomorrow.

I'm going to pick up the motor this weekend, with the G1 adapter and 2 chips for sure. Not sure on the Ostrich. If I do, I would probably sell it once I got the tune down for my vehicle and then go back to burning chips.
