This is truley a sad day for me...up for sale is my pride and joy, not to mention, my first car, my Torch Red 1995 Monte Carlo Z34.
First, the good.
This car has been taken care of its whole life. The owner previous to me wrote everything he ever did to the car in a little notebook in the glove box. We know when the date and mileage of every oil change and part replacement since the car had 8k miles on it, and from what we can tell, the oil has religisously been changed every 3k miles. He only used this as his weekend car. It just turned over 97k miles.
The paint is in immaculate condition. It shines like new, probably because I wash and wax it almost every weekend. I can count on one hand how many dings/dents are on the car, and they are hardly noticeable. It also has the common rust bubble in the gas cap area, but it is not bad.
And now, the bad.
The head gaskets are blown, and it does have the common o-ring oil leak. There is some oil in the overflow tank, but not in the engine oil, but it still runs like nothing is wrong. There is no coolant in the oil.
The only reason I'm selling it is because I am not that mechanically inclined to take apart my engine. I know that most of you guys on here could do it within a weekend and not think anything of it, but its just beyond me and I just can't pay the mechanic to do it either.
I am planning on listing it on mymonte.com as well as this site. I'm starting here because I want it to go to someone who treated it with the same care that I did. Plus, the average car buyer won't want to fix it. If no one wants it on either of these sites, I will list it on craigslist, ebay, autotrader, you name it.
Also included are 4 snow tires on steel rims, a 2 piece LeBra front nose cover, and a K&N air filter. I installed a 10 CD changer in the trunk and I have 2 10" subs with a 200 watt amp hooked up to the factory head unit.
I know I would like to get at least $2,000 out of it without my subs/amp. The CD changer will go with the car regardless.
Here's some more pictures
the rust spot
"95SleeperAcheiva" told me that the trailing arms and "battleboxes" tend to rust out. I think that this is what he means, if not let me know.

the interior is just as clean as the exterior
