  • FS: 3100 large port parts (Cheap!)

    I have the following items I need to sell. They are from a '00+ 3100 (large port). All items will be washed/degreased before shipping.

    2 3100 large port plenums. One has the casting flash removed from the exterior and I started to polish it. You can see from the pictures that I stopped half way through. The other is untouched, as you can also see. $30 each or $50 takes both.

    1 Throttle body. $20

    1 lower intake (I'll leave the EGR on it). $50

    1 set of heads. I will also include the valves, springs, and rocker arms. They were just removed in these photos. $80

    6 injectors, injector wire harness, and fuel rail. $60

    Or if you want it all, $230 takes it.

          that would work out good, because I have a set of 3400 heads and just need the manifolds and TB


          My zip is 33065

          EDIT: Do the heads come with the valvetrain parts, valves etc?

            Yes, the heads come with valves, springs, rocker arms, etc.

                    Yep. I needed the UIM's and TB to complete the 3500 4thgen f-body swaps I'm putting together.

                    After these come in, they'll be about 5 sets of gen3 heads (4 complete top ends), 2 iron top ends, a 3.1 block, 3.4 block, and a 3500 block.


                    I thought you were going with a 3500 top? If so, I can grab another 3500 to part out for you . I'm going to take a 3500 crank and see what it's going to cost to make a stroker kit

                        i found a shop that would do it for $250-400 depending on the grind.... im also planning to use 5.7 sbc rods so that'll save money aswell, hell, if i was doing this on the cheap im sure i could make a 3.65 or 3.7L 7k rpm capable short block for under $1500, its really not as bad as everyone thinks

                        im actually thinking about going with 3400 heads ported for boost and a 3500 UIM for now because its currently a stronger setup from what ive heard, then maybe in a year or so the 3500 heads might be on top and i'll upgrade... basically im trying to get whatever i can right now though and build from there, either way i dont see this engine having any problems making power

                        btw, not much money at hand currently but if you could offer the same kind of deal that your getting here i would deffinetly be interested

                            I would for my next motor if they weren't so scarce/expensive.
