Looking 4 a 2.8 or 3.4

Im currently looking for an engine to go into my wife's Camaro. I have been bouncing around asking questions about a 4.3 she wanted to have bolted in but I was able to talk her out of going that route due to the work involved. So what Im looking for is a good low mileage 2.8 or what Ive been told 93-95 3.4 will bolt in. But for those who gave the input on the 4.3 questions thank you for your help.

A 3.4 will bolt right in. All you have to swap over is the intake, accessories, and timing cover?? Stock computer, tranny, and wiring/hoses will all work. If she was looking for more power with a 4.3 then I would swap in the 3.4. I got a 2.8 and it is just too slow. I'm looking into a 3.1 swap which you can also do.
