  • WTB 60deg V6 Hyd Roller Lifters

I need 1 or more hydraulic roller lifters from a 60 deg v6 for an experiment I am doing trying to convert my LC2 TurboBuick engine over to hydraulic roller using as many factory parts as I can.

I bought a set of lifters from a 2.8L in a core engine at the junkyard with spider and a spider from a 3800 for $20. One or two have some pitting and need replacement.

Let me know what you have.....

Here is a pic of the pitted roller.

Here is a pic of the ones I have cleaned up..... one maybe more will have to be replaced due to the pitting you can see in my previous post.

The taller pair on the right by themselves.... are 3800 lifters.... same as 4.3L and the V8 hydraulic rollers.

The short ones are the ones I am after.

I can get you pics tonight, they are all in good shape. I also have the pushrods and rockers if you would need those and I would let it all go for $100 shipped. But either way I will get the pics of the lifters tonight.

                      To The Top.

Hey guys, I need the same stuff as I want to try the same conversion.

                      So....

Short roller lifters 60 degree V6, 3.1 - 3.4, see application list above

I would like to get a couple sets, from non-grenaded engines.

I also need dogbones from a 3800, and the retainer from a ~86 3.8L FWD like a LeSabre.

                      Thanks!!!

As long as the lifters are the same diameter, they should work with custom pushrods. That is, providing you have a way to retain them square to the cam.

You guys see if you can help Bob out.... he meant 60 deg V6 (above).... My conversion was fairly painless... and I am about to re-install my engine.... My funds has pushed my project way longer than expected. I really have high expectations for this conversion...

Thanks again guys for your help....

Well, then I have a set from a 3500 if they will work. Have 23k miles on them and I bought the engine for the top end, so it was running good when dissasembled.

I can measure the length on Mon for you.
