  • Turbo X-Over/Manifold/DP

Just checking interest at this point...

Kit off of a 1995 Z34... will work with any 1991-1995 DOHC.

Im getting ready to redo all my piping on my turbo kit. Im removing the stock log manifolds, x-over and downpipe.. I wanted to check to see if there is any interest in my old parts. it would literally be a bolt on setup for anyone looking to go turbo. My new setup will be tubular and stainless all mandrel bent. I am at 5800ft elevation so im trying to increase my spool up time is the only reason im considering replacing the current setup.. It spools good now but at this elevation it does have some lag. At sea level or close to you will not have any spooling issues...

X-over is 2.25" alluminized w/ T4 Flange, downpipe is 2.5" alluminized, and rear manifold is a stock front log. all you would need is a Wastegate, turbo, oil lines and boost piping which are all off the shelf bolt on parts. everything im taking off is the expencive parts all custom.

Here is a pic of everything installed:

any chances you have pictures of your exhaust before it went on the car?? When you put this together in the first place was it fabed up on the car and then removed to weld? I've been interested in doing a setup like this for a long time. The biggest problem I foresee is the exhaust and making it all fit. Is your car an auto or man?? you have a t04B on here right??

T04E. Let me see what i have for pics. its a 1995 monte Z34 so Auto (not avalible in a 5spd) but it should still fit the 5spd cars, the engine is the same you will just have more room to install it with a 5spd (if thats what you have)

Hes not selling the turbo, just the manifolds, x-over and downpipe.

Redz - If you had made the x-over 2" pipe, it would spool quicker, but in all honesty, a T4 turbine is overkill for a stock V6, and you will have a lot of lag no matter what you do.

I know that he's not selling the turbo I would like to know exactly what turbo he is using with the manifolds that he is selling. Pics would help me get an idea of what it is he has.

Why would you ask what the a/r is of the turbo then!?

                    the turbo is a T04E Super 60 P-trim T4 .58 ar IIRC.

The new X-over is gunna be 2" mandrel bent into a divided T4 flange. The divided flange will only allow for a 2" on each side so that is why im going that size..

The turbo also has a tangential T4 turbine housing. The on centers flow like crap.
