OOO, looks like this is going to be fun! Are you planning on doing a remote charger, or fabing a manifold?

you dont need a pair to run 12s. a buddy of mine has a supercoupe thats over 400hp. he runs over 20psi with a ported m90. aparently if properly done, porting these blowers is worth 3 psi with a stock pulley.

Cool!!! Roots style blowers are fun since you get power right away.

How to you remote mount a superchargher?

remote mount meaning its not mounted to the intake manifold. the t-bird charger feeds air in the back and up through the discharge hat and directs it through an intercooler.

hey sharkey tell me how u plan on doing that cuz come summer time i want 2 do the same. the only problen i am incountering is... how am i going 2 feed the belt so it will power my ps & ac. may be if i take off the idler pully that is directly under the ps. (at least i think its an idler, ill have 2 check on that.)

The belt routing is going to be the least of your problems when retrofitting something like this on your motor. Please, don't take me wrong, but the fabrication it takes to remote mount a S/C, the pulley will be a simple task.
My suggestion would be to mount the charger where you want and measure for a new belt, just my $.02

im running the tb after the supercharger. im going to run a bov. my accessories are set up a bit different than yours. im going to have the belt come off my alternator (its were your power steering is) and over the supercharger, then from the charger around to drive the water pump and down to the crank.

ya gues yours would be a little different since you have an 86,gen 1 motor (if i'm not mistanken) and i got a 91, gen II motor. i looked on car domain and saw a big diference between our cars. so ill probly be on my our for now.

                            ps. awsome car

                              thumbs up

                              sound good to me !

I am currently also in the proces of rebuild and installation
of a m90 sc. on my fiero.

the engine is a 3liter,bored 2.8 engine with forged cosworth pistons.
the supercharger will go where my aircopump used to be.

in order to do so...I needed to relocate my oilfilter though
