  • Where would I find...

    a Inconel flex bellow with T-409 Liner & T-304 outer braiding?
    It would need to be rather short and something of 2" (Not sure) or so inner Dia.
    To give a better example, it'd be used for a TGP crossover. I know someone is going to say, "Hey just buy Jeff M's" ... The car is not a GP or else I would. I am just altering a TGP crossover for what it needs to be.
    If you know a place in MI, that'd be great!

    Someone has to know if they have EVER built there own/someones turbocharged setup. If you used regular non-T-409 old flex bellows & have NOT had any problems yet, I'd be very surprised it isn't leaking yet.

    P.S I have asked around at the local shops.
    I wonder if the bellows on the N/A cars are the same (Dia, Quality) as the TGP ones?

      What kind of problems could arise if instead of a bellow was put there, but yet a straight piece of exhaust tubing was used? I know the bellow takes up the expanding/contracting of the heat changes, but could just one bellow take up the changes?

        I'm sure you've see them before but in case you haven't, SPD has bellows & slip joints for high temp apps. http://www.spdexhaust.com/accessories-specs.html These may be an alternative for you.... at least, something to compare.
