Name that wire! 95 GP.

Het I noticed this wire wasn't plugged in on my 95 3.1l GP. It is on the pass side near the top of the intake manifold and goes into a bundle of wires.. Any ideas? It's blue and red.

Probably for a speed sensitive steering option on the higher end W bodies. IIRC, the Cutlass and the GP had it as an option. Check to see if there is a socket for the plug on your power steering pump.

Color is brown white stripe and yellow. I can't find a plug in on the power steering anywhere tho..

It attaches to the power steering pump if your car had the NV7 speed sensitive steering option.

Those pumps are getting harder to find... I'd just keep on using the old non SSSP. You'll hardly notice any difference between the two setups with how old your system is.

The external temp sensor on 1st gen W Grand Prixs sat right under the hood latch and wiring wasn't there unless it was optioned from the factory.
