im try to do body work on my 91 honda prelude and i got most of it done cept for 1 fender...i was driving it and got a flat and the rubber of the tire beat the fender up pretty bad...

my question is how would i go about getting the body lines back? on one part of the fender if u push it it goes in and pops back out for that i was thinking of using a propane torch to heat it and wet it with a damp towel to shrink the metal...not sure if there is a better way of shrinking the metal

i've been doing searches on google and youtube to see if they have videos or pictures of what to do to get body lines back but i dont think im wording it right cause im not comming up with anything...i type body work and how to get them back on a car and it usually shows results for exercise stuff and how to work out lol... well thanks for any help i can get

just woke up so im not going to be able to explain this the best but....
shrinking metal requires you to heat up a dime sized area, once red hot put the dolly in one hand hold it on the backside of the panel, then take your hammer and tap while moving dolly and hammer in a circlular motion around the dime sized area, takes alot of practice, took me like 2 days to master in autobody school
    you can use these

think of doing this (attached image)
