Well about one to three times a year we make a fried turkey (sometimes smoked), but tonight's was just fantastic!!!
3.5 gallons of vegetable oil, 1pt of injectable seasoning, 1 15lb turkey and about 45mins after the oil was at 350*.
No such thing as dry meat on this bird! i couldn't stop eating the skin while "carving" it, say that because the knife was useless, easier to just pull it apart bare handed...
