Anyhow back to the thread, the reason I followed the 60 degree genre is my sister had a corsica that crapped out and I got the pleasure of swapping the engine, I ended up rebuilding the old one and selling back for a profit, ever since then I always looked for the 2.8, 3.1 logo on the engine.

I also owned a 88 GP SE, GT interior trim 2.8L 5 speed.

^Schenectady huh? I went camping there some years ago. You've got a badass waterfall that not many people know about not far from there. Woodstock was fun too.
'93 Sunbird. 5spd, 3.1, it's fast. Oh, and 240k miles has proven lethal against Turbo Talons

I'm lurking occasionaly. It's tough because I'm usually too busy with the Army or my 5.0 Mustang. Which is for sale.

My mother bought a '95 Olds Cutlass Supreme brand new, with the 3100. Nothing short of reliable. My first car was a '90 Olds Cutlass Supreme w/ 3.1 that ran great, was reliable, and lasted forever, I put over 200k and it ran like new. I grew into it I guess, this is my 3rd 60V6 powered car and several more in the family.

Honestly I dont know. My best friends (ex i suppose) parents had a big-ass camper and drove us down there. We went to his cousins house in schenectidy, and the waterfalls was no more than 20minutes away maybe. But theres a huge waterfall, and about midway thru the falls theres a cliff with a big ass bare tree that people climb up which takes them higher than the waterfall, and they jump in. Key word, they jump in.

i got my 93 cutlass convertible back in 95 . i went to buy a new car a 95 camaro z-28 and had it for a few days the kids were very exited and when i went to sign the papers i changed my mind and told the sales person (my cousin) "this is a great car ,but is not what i want right now .i want something sporty and still something i am not going to get speeding tickets all the time".at that time i looked over the used section a saw the cutlass with the top down and loved it . it had less than 20,000 miles , extended warranty ,a sticker price of 17.5k i got it for 14k . i drove back to the house and the fam, was freaked out when they saw me drive in the cutlass and not the camaro.
sience than i we had a few w-body's a euro, monte ,gtp that i never posted cause to me there is only one w my cutty.lol
i just love to watch the wheels turn around and around
