Well last Friday I completely lost it on my manager. The guy is a total idiot and can't run a company or manage his people. So I yelled at him called him a fucking idiot at walked out at about 12:30 in the afternoon. I was the welding supervisor there and once news got around that i quit the other 2 welders finished the day and called me and started looking for new jobs. One of the guys had an interview the next day. So that company lost all their welders in 1 day LOL.
Overall the company was great. They paid good and had good benefits. But my manager was a total moron. My yard foreman who has been working there 10 years pretty much reams him out every 2 weeks for being and idiot. Its pretty hilarious to watch.
But no worries I am leaving Thursday morning to Europe and will be gone 3 weeks. When I get back I will go find a new job.
