Has anyone had problems with the door windows coming out of the tracks. Tried adjusting tracks, but still comes out

My drivers window in my 1990 STE does a weird thing. Not so much that is comes out of track, but when I go to raise it (power window), it will like JAM, and I have to pull on the front section. It will go level again, and go up just fine.
I have not really tried to fix it seeing that I am thinking about selling the car.Taylor
