Kustom J's -new store.... WARNING

So I've noticed there was a new member on JBO named Kustom J, in his profile there is a link to http://kustomjs.vstore.ca/ which is his store......his personal pic in his profile, his website banner/logo, and sig on here are all of my silver cav.... I don't remember giving anyone the ok to use my car. It probobally would have been fine if he just asked me ahead of time but I don't like going through JBO and finding my car, my money, my time, my effort, my work in someone elses sig, in ther personal profile, and used for there store to make them money. If he would have just contacted me I prolly would have told him it would be fine.... but he didn't so now its not ok. So..... don't buy shit form this guy, I sent him an e-mail. Asking him to remove my car form his company logo because he had no asked if he could use a picture I took of my car and heres the conversation thus far.....

I'm guilty for making the banner for him, however, in a PM to him:

Aight. Since its going a business site, I have a couple requirements. The cars that are going on the banner, the owners need to release permission. You're going to have to get the pics and permission (sort of a cover your rear thing...)

Well you had no problem stealing my pics but you skipped the permision part, so you have no right to using my car.

This guy has been banned a couple times from JBO, he keeps registering new acounts, he is obviously a scumbag and NOT trustworthy. I found out he was on this forum as well so I just wanted to spread the word, avoid this guy.







but my car does look good in the logo ^^^^ but it looks even better in the pic that I TOOK OF MY CAR!

What do you know, you spread the word on about 6 forums so far and the personal pic is gone, the forum sig is gone, and the company logo is different

maybe he started seeing threads poping up on the forums hes on and figured it might be a good idea to remove my car... or maybe he say me say

I don't know if there is any legal action I can take but I have 2 lawers in the family in the family, a lawyer and a state prosecuter, if he keeps being an ass about this I will damn well will find out if there is legal action, and seeing as the lawers would be free for me I might just persue this just to cost him the price of an lawyer, one way or another he will remove my car or it will cost him money

Well, with him using pictures of your car without authorization, you could easily sue him and win for any profits his store makes. He would be pwned with little effort.

First of all who are you, who do you work for, how do you plan on doing all this, is this gonna be mass production thing through a company or just some guy making 1 off parts one at a time, what have you do in the past that would give us a reason to have any faith in any of this ect..."
