New to the forum and love it, been lurking here for awhile absorbing all the great information this site provides!

My DD is a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina LS with a 3100 SFI. Car has around 230,000km on original engine and transmission. Aside from the infamous lifter tick this car runs and shifts great. All parts Changed were ORIGINAL. Fixed all issue below at 210,000km

This year the car has had many new parts

    Rear Struts, control arms

Driver tie rod and strut and CV shaft.

Brand new cooling system. (Hoses, thermostat, water pump, rad)

Brand new spark plugs and plug wires

Replaced Cam sensor ( Engine light was on).

Transmission fluid changed and new filter

Before I replaced the cam sensor and spark plugs it idled at 1000 rpm and the transmission would randomly slip when you came to a very slow roll then accelerated. After fixing all the issue it idled back down to 800 and the trans never slipped again. Weird...

Surprisingly the most I could get on 1 tank of gas before replacing the parts was around 650 km, 55 L tank, not to bad?

Here's A few pics, Looking for 2 2000+ Monte ss rims as I have only 2 atm to put on.

P.S Would love to make it a sleeper, love the lumina lol
