    i really wanna make a malibu fast...and wot-tech made me believe i could. whats the best order to add parts to the engine assuming i have the cold air and exhaust on the car

    how deep are you looking to get into the engine?

    Ben has the best from cams, heads, manifolds, and throttle bodies. I think they're working on a set of headers also, but I could be wrong.

      well i ordered my muffler and cold air intake. i know i want the 65 mm throttle body, but i have a stock intake manifold and stock lower intake manifold. will the 65 mm TB work if everythings stock? but i plan on ordering the comp 3100 manifold set from wot-tech. i was also wondering if i buy those will i have to do any other big mod for everything to work properly.

        the 65mm will work fine with stock but you won't see the full benefits until you get a ported upper intake manifold that's opened to 65mm.

        Have you considered doing 3X00 with the 3400 manifolds?

        You may want to get a tune after all of this, it will give you the full benefits of your mods, but that should wait until everything else is done

          so when i order the intake manifolds...where do i get this cut out to 65mm? or can i order one like that from wot-tech?

            when you go to order there's an option for plenum opening and just select 65MM-that's on WOT-Tech

              so i got my short ram and exhaust put on. but when i floor it..right before it switches gears it kinda stops and goes stops and goes like three times before it switches...whats going on??!? or even when i accelerate pretty fast it will do it...idk what to do or what it is.

                where'd you get the short ram? did you use an oiled filter? could have oil in the MAF, also the short ram could be sucking in so much hot air that it's hogging air, that's if it's not enclosed.

                  its a weapon r. its not oiled though. and i can post a picture of it if it would help. cuz i really cant figure it out...its not enclosed...and how can you clean a MAF, and what do you mean by hogging air ..jw

                    i don't know what i meant by hogging air lol, the weapon r intakes are warm airs so it could be that it's bringing in warm air and that is giving it less power.

                    Did it start immediately after the install?

                    You can clean the MAF with MAF Cleaner, but whatever you do don't touch the MAF sensor itself. I don't think this would be a problem if it's not an oiled filter tho, like the K&Ns

                      alright...cool thanks man... well i tighted some of the clamps and it stopped...i guess thaqt was it haha xD it was really weird man. but sorry for all the questions but i got one more...if i got fuel injectors from a 3400...would it do any difference?? but i would get some msd ignition wires for them too.
