rebuild kit

well i am thinking that a good winter project would be to get a 3.4 dohc from a junk yard and rebuild it (build up a little) to put into my GP. I was wondering where a good place to buy a rebuild kit is, and if anyone knows where i can get rebuild instructions on a 3.4 dohc. Any help or advice is appreciated.

My machine shop was actually a felpro dealer as well....
