As far as bolt ons go there are a few options. Easy stuff would be an intake of some sort, and full exhaust system - 2.5" is the generally accepted size for most 3.4 dohc applications. The WOT-Tech store sells a few things including a reprogrammed chip (91-93 years).

The 96/97 intake manifolds flow better and can be considered a bolt on upgrade though they do involve a good bit of wrenching experience and some custom work. Not for the newbie but also not the most difficult thing either.

There are more than a few threads on cam timing. Different setting can bump power a bit and change the powerband. Again, if you don't have much experience this may be a bit overwhelming to tackle.

Other than that you're looking at things that require much more experience/money: head work, valvetrain and internal engine upgrades.

If you're new at this, start with maintainance. Maybe task yourself with changing the timing belt and doing a tuneup to get to know the engine better. You can even 'gain' power by reclaiming power lost to a worn out / out of time belt.

As far as I know most people make their own. HP gain from an intake alone... I dunno 3. Maybe.

From your other posts it looks like you are trying to find a magic bullet to make your car a lot more powerful and it doesn't exist. It takes time, experience and money to do it right. Not to say bolt-ons are worthless but they are few and far between for this motor.

If you're having trouble handing a corolla its ass then I'd go out on a limb and say your car is in piss poor shape. A bone stock 3.4dohc with an auto trans should run in the 15 second range if its in good shape. I don't know what a corolla can do but I imagine even any sport model they have is stuck in 16+ second territory.
