  • Exhaust Manifolds... Trubo

I know the stock DOHC mani's are pretty daymn narrow. im thinking of making a set of custom ones for my turbo setup. What do you guys think of these? What size are the exhaust ports on the DOHC heads?

Like #2, but have the primaries angled more facing the log direction. Not like A T so much. Like the left side primary on the top manifolds, see how it's angled in the direction that the gases should go? Make all like that would be best IMO.

i think the "T" Log will be the most compact and easy to install and work around for sure. Its basicly the same as what the stock mani's are but just not pinched down so much.

Yeah that's better, if you can get the pipes angled even more then that would be good too, and you could make them shorter then as well to bring up the log some.

Wonder if there is any power to be made by replacing them... Even on a stock car. It doesn't look hard to make... I know ZZP says the 3800 one make a little power. and a rear looks to be relitivly simple as well. might be a cheap alternative to a set of headers..

If you get them made, I would probably buy a set, just to keep that in mind. That is once I get my car running again, lol
