    I thought that I would show some pic of the New Intake I'm putting on my GP.

    It's Cherry Red Met. with 4 coats of clear.

        Dave that looks SWEET! That is the color I am going with mine but I am getting some powder coating done.. Have you heard of this guy? http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-cars-veh...QAdIdZ26859237

        His name is Jim and he is down in Leduc. Nice guy and looking to do some work for GP owners. I am trying to setup a GB on Powder Coating.

          Nice as long as you are careful you'll be fine. No more resting tools on the plenum while working under the hood!

                  I did it ALL on my own.

                  I do custom stuff like this ALL the time, mechanical, electrical, interior, exterior,etc
                  Especially when I can get the time to do it on my own vehicles instead of just on customers. LOL

                  I had fun over the summer and fall doing a variety of custom work on 2 Skyline GT-R's and a Mercedes 300-E 24V AMG

                  This a pic of one that were always doing upgrades on.
                  It's now packing alot of punch, among the array of upgrages
                  it currently has the largerest HKS intercooler package (4 1/2") you can install on it as well as a massive Brembo brake kit we put on it.

                  What can I say I LOVE Getting the most out of any vehicle in anyway you can.

                    I forgot to mention I ground the whole intake perfectly smooth on the outside before Priming it with several coats of Aluminun Zinc self etching primer, and as for the Clear coat its a VHT Very High Temperature, Cemical Resistant Gloss Coating.

                      LOL no incident happened, I'm just saying that if you are used to sitting your ratchet/etc on top of the engine while working under the hood you gotta break yourself of that habit when you have a nicely painted intake.

                              I polished the valve covers, but I find there hard to maintain so I'm triple chrome plating them.
