I'll be getting my car in in two weeks. Should I tell them I still need a jig for more sets?

How much do we need to go the jig route? Looks like this is my only real chance at getting headers for the DOHC on my store:P

I'm about to go to his shop and machine the flanges myself thats the only part I can't do in my garage, if some one made flanges I would already have headers.

MY car went to the shop today. Construction should start in the next couple of days. I'll have prices on the cost of the jig as soon as I can. I too will be having flanges made by the shop, but they're going to use my old manifold as a template. It shouldn't be too difficult.
