    Hey, does anybody know what sort of gains to expect from ported intake manifolds on a fairly stock dohc. Not necessarily raw numbers, but does it feel different.

    ported intakes i would expect about 5-10 peak Hp if done properly

      yeah if done right i would estimate 10hp
      and as long as you dont over bore it, you will feel an increase in Tq aswell.

        What you will feel a lot more of too is throttle response, which always rocks. But yes, overboring can cause a decline in low rev power. Cleaning everything up nice though will be a nice boost.
        I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

          Yeah the inside of the intake manifolds from the factory looks like a 13year old with a bad case of acne.
