  • Cam Timing

So, I'm ready to time my cams. Er... but the writeup seems to have disappeared. And it was much better than my haynes one. So, anyone that's done it. My timing belt is off, and the engine is out of the vehicle. I Can get the #1 piston do TDC, but I don't know how to tell if it's on the exhaust stroke or not. Also, I need to know where to go from here. Any help you guys can offer would be great, and thanks in advance.

The cams are what make it intake or exhaust so as long as its TDC, you are straight. I am uploading the old database now so brad can hopefully get what he needs off it to put the articles back. Sorry for the late reply, i just found it doing a search on cam timing:P
