new problem today( need help)

started car in am put in gear notice that i had little throttle response. but car seem to get better with a little light pressing of gas pedal drive car around for about and 1 hour notice that car when giving a little more throttle that it seem to be starving for fuel low idle runninn rough seems like was not fireing on all cylinders. got with a friend and hook up his scanner and one of the codes was low iac voltage i took iac out and it was dirty and i notice the pintle that it was way out i then turn the key on and the pintle came all the way out . i dont think that it was surpose to do that ? i hope that how expalain this so that some one can understand what happaning here and give me some help. thank in advance. also would this iac valve cause hard starting ? this is a 94 gtp with 3.4 eng

did you just have the battery disconnected for 15+ minutes? Sometimes the vehicle will have to go through an "idle relearn" process.

Did you supress the pintle back into the IAC to the correct length? If so, it is still popping back out? Turn the car into the on position and let it sit there for a minute or two before starting. See if that fixes the IAC problem.

As for it seeming to only run on 3 cylinder's, was this the cause of it? Did you check to see if you were getting proper spark to those cylinders?
