    I haven't actually run this manifold, but I took it in to be cleaned and this is what I found. As this is behind the EGR and hard to see when installed, I thought I'd post it so you can check yours.

    Probably no reason why it couldn't just be welded up.

      Looks like a casting flaw. Picture to small.

        Looks like a JB weld fix to me if its even a leak.
        2004 Grand Am GT 3400 ... I had the right to remain silent, I just didn't have the ability.(Ron White)

          Looks like somebody installed the wrong/defective plug in the hole. Used to happen all the time on earliy 2.8 aluminum heads.
