  • SMOKES.... Valve seals... Valvoline Maxlife

Dunno if anyone has tried the vavoline maxlife oil but i just switched to it and it maked a great difference. My car sat for about 3yrs between getting body work and turboing it and after the time sitting it smoked alot especially after the 1st start up in the morning. Im guessing my valve seals are old and crusty. After switching to the maxlife (synthetic Blend) it has almost elimitated my smoky statups.. Just thought i would share that.

I've been using Maxlife in mine for several years now, great stuff. I use Valvoline oil in all of my vehicles.

Ditto. It also seemed to cut down on the lifter tick on mine. The Valvoline Max Life Engine Protectant additive also seemed to help with normal oil.
