Need Starter Solenoid only

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can find a starter solenoid for a 2001 chevy impala with a 3.4L ?
I bought a starter from the web about 2 yrs back and the solenoid is shot. Hoping to avoid paying about 150 for the whole starter when this one is fine. Just cannot find the solenoid.
