  • Buying another Z34!

So i found a nice, 1 owner 1994 Z34 Auto w/ a bad tranny. Its about a 7 out of a 10. someone broke the passanger side mirror off and the front bumper is all there but needs a little help, paint cracked and chipping and the ground effects need a little tightening up but its all around a nice car. White w/ the barf red int. Will get pics.. picking it up tomorrow.

For the love of baby carrots... just don't defile this one with that engine with the "Go-go-gadget Self Destruct" button.

Yeah its been gone for a couple years. I didn't have it long. i sold it to my roomates brother who was in desporate need of a car. I miss that car it was a fun car. but it needed paint and a front bumper.

Pocket-rocket PLEASE change your sig... that 300 clip just kills my crappy internet, when i scroll down the hole page freezes... Thanks in advance .. Are you refering to NOS? or...

Are you 100% sure it is my sig .gif doing that when there are still people on the board having issues? What I meant by the "Go-go-gadget self destruct" button was the L67 in all of it's spontaneously combusting glory :P

Holy Shat! that sig is 2.2MB in size. Yeah that would slow some systems down for sure.
I dont know what this means but "ASS HATS" is funny

yeah, its your sig. My system at home is fine with it but my work system chokes.

no, no L67 this time... Unless the motor ends up being shot. then its cheaper to drop in a low mileage Series III and a 65 trans. I got the car and gave it a much needed bath. It cleans up very nice. the tranny will work for about 2 min then nothing. shut it off and start it again and same thing. I can drive it accross the parking lot at work then a couple min later no gear.

Also the T-belt is in desporate need of replacing and sturts are SOFT. Another money pit. But What the hell else am i going to do with my free time. i did jump it and it fired right up and revs and idles good. so i feel good that the engine is fine. It last ran in '05 so thats a good sign.

Im pissed at myself, the red int. out of my last Z was nearly perfect and the carpet and seats are kinda in sad shape.. I took the old stuff to the dump and now kicking myself LMAO!

What do you use at work, a Duron or P3? O.o Maybe a 5 speed swap is in order for that poor thing along with the rest of the maintenance items...
