  • 3.4L Exhaust Manis and Downpipe

This question is more on the behalf of a member of another forum, but i was curious as well to what the answer would be. He was wondering if the 3100/3400 downpipe will work on a DOHC engine, and I can't say I know the difference if any on the exhaust manis. I also remember hearing that the DOHC downpipe is actually a good size, is that correct?

Secondly, this is a very noob question (the heads are probably dif), but would the DOHC exhaust manis fit onto a 3100?

Any pushrod engine does not have evenly spaced exhaust ports like a DOHC does, so they would never work. Downpipe would be a lot smaller too.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.
