  • Can I borrow a Timing Tool?

We am getting closer to setting the timing on my 1995 3.4L. I'd like to go with the recommended 3* intake/exhaust setup.
Does anyone have a timing tool, I could borrow or rent for a very short time?
Trying to measure 3* on an engine balancer in the car seems too hard to be accurate.

      How?
Does anyone know the exact measurement of the 3.4 balancer diameter at the notch? I don't have calipers that big and it'd be hard to get it with the engine in the car.

The width of the mark on the dampner is 1 degree. I already measured that.

Dennis is working on a cam timing tool that is easy to use for setting the timing at 3/3.

          Thank you.
Does Dennis have any idea of when they'll be ready?
We've got the heads and cam carriers back on, installed the injectors last night, tested for leaks by running the fuel pump. No leaks. We'll be putting the intake plenum back on soon.
BTW, WitchHunter sent back my injectors. They found one flunked the leak test before cleaning. All were cleaned and tested for $97. Thanks for the tip.
