  • DOHC Chip

Just ordered Bens chip for my Lumina Z34, just wondering if anyone can give me just basic instructions to install, they can be vague, I will figure it out.

I included the directions to install the adapter to the chip. To get the ECM, remove the overflow coolant tank on the passenger side. 10mm nut and bolt, and pliers to get the clamp off the radiator overflow. The computer can then be seen. 10mm wrench might be easiest to get any nuts holding the computer to its carrier. 3 at most. After that, pul the computer out far enough so you can get to the cover on the back side. 1/4 or 7mm nuts hold that on (4). The stock chip is held down by 2 clips on the side of the chip. Push down and away to release it. Attach the adapter to the stock chip and the adapter portion goes back into the computer with the stock chip hanging off the side of the adapter.

I simply love this chip. i use a 180 thermostat and it hardly ever runs above that, even at idle. not to mention the power gain and throttle response. thank you a million times over ben. fantastic job with this chip.
