  • Custom Length Pushrods

Coming soon. I have everything but the drill press right now These are based on the comp cams semi finished pushrod kit. They are .080 thick chrome moly steel with 1 press in tip. I have the device that holes them in place for the drill press, the bit that cuts it and reams the hole for a .002-.003 press fit. With the right stud, I can set it to repeat each pushrod damn near perfect. I will have pricing and finished product pics up when I have made a set. I don't know how long it takes to do these so I can't give a final price yet. $160-180 range.

I am doing this so that I can control quality on these. After seeing how bad crane was with tolerances, I figured it was worth it to offer something that is exactly what you want. I can setup a custom ground cam in my 3500 block with a set of heads (or your heads if I do the porting) and can send you a setup that is ready to bolt in. You should always check to be sure you have proper pre load.

I will offer an adjustable pushrod tool set that you can use to get the length you need and then send back to have a set made.

FYI, these should withstand anything you can do to a 60V6 motor. .080 wall 5/16" pushrods that are under 6.3" make a very stiff pushrod.
