avatar doesn't work

I can't make any avatar work. I made a new one and made sure it was the right size, but on the board I just have a stupid X.

fixed. I had to change the folder permissions to allow writing. Go ahead and upload it and it should work (i tested by uploading one but I deleted it cause it was jon's).
