Ok, the donate block is back up on the front page. I didn't test it this time, so let me know if it works or not. I'm not sure if it has the same options as the last one, like the recurring payments or not. Test it out and let us know!

I dont see a way to make it recurring. I know I can get the setup on paypal to do it but I have no idea how to put that setup onto the site in the block like its setup now.

Recurring payments don't work. I think it's needed though, if possible. When it was first introduced, many donated. And we have a lot of new members with the new site and all.

BTW, good work on that. Not fond of the subject scroll, but that's just me. :P

Yeah, I need to fix the scrolling. I was trying to mess with that block and now I can't turn the scrolling off. I just need to go back to the way it used to be since what I was trying to do didn't work anyway.

And I'll try to see what I can find in the way of recurring payments...

Ok, the donations are fixed now. Recurring payments are now possible. That was actually alot easier than it seemed like it was going to be. I haven't actually tested it all the way through, but I do know it'll at least send you to the correct paypal page. Let me know if it works when you set yourself back up.

I'll try to fix the scrolling tonight as well. I have a bunch of stuff to do here at the house, so according to the wife, that takes priority.

Go get your "Honey Do's" done. :P I got a ton of them.

Glad to hear the donations work. Didn't get around to fixing the scrolling... maybe in the morning before work. I guess I also need to figure out why people can't comment on the downloads...

Still a minor inconvenience. I still have to log in to check or send PMs. Cookies are cleared, no firewall, temp folders emptied, defragged and checked for errors. Maybe my isp?

Everything is the same as the old site. Anyone else experience this?

Yeah, I've been experiencing it ever since I tried fixing something else a few weeks ago. I know Ben has had issues with it as well...

So, are we getting it fixed? Loads faster, but still doesn't remember me all the time. And I still have to log in to send PMs and I get that "invalid session" sign.

Seems easier if I preview each message, and resend. And I don't show up as online unless I reload. Not sure if that helps or not.

Edited: 3/19/06 Well, at least I'll never forget my password... :P

Is it going to be fixed? Or do we just have to put up with it? Not a problem, but makes my typing finger hurt.

If it was happening to me so that I knew what I was looking for, I might be able to troubleshoot it better. But since my end (at work and at home) is working fine, its like trying to troubleshoot a car 1000 miles away. You can tell me some of the issues you are having along with some of the trouble codes, but without seeing everything first hand, its virtually impossible for me to come up with a fix.
