The guy who made it hasn't been a part of the forums for over a year now. I don't think anyone here has even talked to him in the past year. So I don't think it'll be that big of a deal...

i only know his AIM name now, and I talk to him very very rarely. I pretty much own the logo now since I paid for a site redesign and then we changed to php and we went with a different site design. I dont care if you use the logo for an avatar. I just dont want to see it used on another site as if it is theirs.
