Yeah .. I usually click "View Posts since last visit" so I see what I missed, and whether I reply or not, I just use the "back" button on the browser ..

I too have been having these problems for the past couple weeks. I've tried logging out and back in, clearing cookies, etc... no effect.

I haven't had any issues until today. And I think it has to do with the hosting issues we were having yesterday. Might have screwed something up in the DB. I'll try to look at it tonight and see if I can find anything.

same here, weeks. I have no fucking clue. I don't have this issue on wbodysource, and the cookie settings are the same for both the forum and the site for both places. I can mess with the cookie path or something but I know I haven't changes anything in the past 5 months so its pretty damn odd to me.

The issue I have is, if I clic the back button to go back to main page, It takes me back to when I last posted. I have to clic Return to Main Site. It's like going back in time. And last night the Post Nuke page came up saying "Site Unavailable". I thought we pulled a W-Body thing. Only lasted a half-hour. Oh well, I know you guys will figure it out, or, we can just live with it.

I was this way when we first brought this version of the site on awhile back, and then we fixed it by changing the cookie settings. But as Ben said, the cookie settings haven't changed. And its weird that it just started for some of us, but has been going for a couple weeks for others....

Think I might have come up with something... I just need to wait for a few people to post before I can tell if its the problem or not.

Nope, that isn't it. Although this is the only post, it worked like normal when opening up this post. Earlier today, when this first started happening, when I would click the orange arrow (or whatever it is) to goto the new posts, it would say there have been no new posts since your last visit. This time it didn't.

Anyway, if you look over to the left of your screen, there is a block at the bottom which shows a Google advertisement. If you minimize that window, everything should work fine.

So how did I come up with that conclusion you ask? Went to the forum admin panel and noticed a TON of guests supposedly online. Went back to the site menu and there were only 4 guests. Back at the admin panel, noticed that most of the guests were all from the same IP. Did some checking on the IP and it came up as a Google bot. So somehow, Ben's little money maker (I think he made $0.41 yesterday) is causing the issues.

                        I think...

Ben had to make at least $2.41. (Monthly subscription) Is that why so many guests were on last night? If so, delete my thread. "WOOHOO" I'd hate to give the "Bots" any credit. I get enough of that from the porn sites, Did I say that? BTW...You guys do good work. (Giving Brad and Ben an "AttaBoy")

Well, if you bring that up, he made $4.41 cause my $2 was pulled out as well. Wierd how I donate to a site that I have to fix all the time...

Anyway, it doesn't look like the bots are counted (for some odd reason) at the bottom of the forum, just in the admin panel. I dunno, I'll have to watch it sometime and see...

Well. if it makes you feel better, I smoked a Honda Prelude today. Got him from the light. He had a license plate that read UR2SLW. Polished and Chromed! Coffee can on his ass. Me?.... Salt and road grime! 660s! All he saw was the sticker. (Meaningless post)
