I need some help with the goodridge brake lines. I don't know what F body and Small trucks have the 60V6, or which setup would be specific to these brakes. Ill link the part number lookup PDF file if anyone can give me some insight on these platforms

      '82-'84 = Carb'd 2.8L in the Fbody (small mains)
'85-'89 = H.O. MPFI 2.8L in the Fbody (large mains)
      '90-'92 = 3.1L MPFI in the Fbody
      '93-'94 = 3.4L SFI in the Fbody

The '82-'84, I don't believe were computer controlled... the '85 used a '870, and the '86-'89 uses a 302 ecu. The '90-'92 uses a 730 map based setup, but is pinned differently than the V8 versions.

I have a lot of the brake line kits up on teh store now. The camaros offer rear disc, rear drum, 1LE package...and so on. I dont have pricing for those yet but I guess ill just have to list them all. I will probably only stock the popular brakes later on. That just means orders for the brake line kits won't be shipped the next day. Hopefully the price will make up for the speed.

          Two questions:

          1) Do you take paypal? I want the lifters for my 95 Z

          2) I have the disk brakes from a 95 GP SE to replace the drums on my 95 MC Z34, in addition, the fronts disks are the smaller ones (I think), can I get the steel brake line set for that app?

          You ROCK Ben. Thanks

Yes, I take paypal on the store. For the lifters, I have found some lighter lifters than what I offer now, but haven't had a chance to test them (they are the same company as the current, same dimensions and all, just lighter). I am hoping to have them tested this month, but weather pending on that. Price will be around 350 for that set though, so its up to you if you want to/can wait for them.

On the brake lines, they discontinued the 95 monte carlo with rear disc setup....lame I know. I am not sure how much difference there is with the front brakes from your setup to the 94-96 grand prix but I would think that kit would be what you need. I know the 94+ rear brakes can use the 91-93 rear lines, but they are longer. Most likely the monte carlo is the same as the grand prix for the fronts of the same year and you already know they are 95 GP rears. Id ask for more sources on this though to be 100% sure.

I have a suggestion for your site. That is to get / make a couple of the cam hold down tools, and make them available for rent. Probably charge a big security deposite up front ($200 or so), then refund, say, $160, once they return the item. The customer, of course, pays for shipping both ways, which I assume wouldn't be much.

Other tools available for rent would be nice too. The only one I can think of would be the W-Body front suspension tool kit (for those who don't have access to a store that rents them out).

Also, you said others can sell items through your store? What about offering service such as doing clear corners / brake lights / tinting light lenses (brake lights and backup lights) with night shade?

ALSO!!! :] I think you should offer some of that billit cross-hatch stuff they use for those custom grilles. probably offer it by the square foot... I guess... I'm not sure how it can be ordered bulk.

Can't wait to see what else you put up!

Well, I will have some cnc cut cam hold down tools that allow you to adjust timing once they are in production. Im not going to deal with renting out tools, thats for autozone.

Im focusing on performance, maintenance, and functional items. I was only going to do engine related parts but decided to go further with suspension and brakes as well. Appearance mods aren't my thing, or what this site is about. Thanks for the suggestions!

I will have the 96-99 manifold to 87-95 EGR adapters soon, and hopefully some of the other EGR adapters in the future. Also, ordered a stiffer valve spring to test fit on the 3.4 DOHC, and a set of even lighter lifters to test as well.

Also found 14 used miller syncrowave 250 complete packages in ohio for 2650 New ones are 3500 for that setup

Cool no problem, at least you will have cam tools available!

I didn't figure the appearance mods would go well with the site, but then again it was just a suggestion! And I made them figuring they'd get shot down.

Can't wait for the valve springs and lifters. I'm going to be rebuilding my engine this summer and will probably buy both.
