Im poor and I can manage 2 bucks a month, hell, Ill make it 3

if you can get 10 people to throw in 2-5 a month, thatll be $240 - $600 a year

I dont think many people look at this area of the site

Which gives me an idea...you should set up multiple subscription options, so we can send more should we want to...

                  Like maybe a 2, 5, 10, 20?

Actually, you can donate as much as you want. I'm sure Ben woudn't mind at all. The option on PayPal accepts any monthly donations as well as lump sums. I'd sure like to see a lot raised for the '05 meet. (Here goes the PBS thing again) Phone lines are open.

If you have donated and I haven't contacted you yet about your title/donating member status on the site, please let me know. I think I have emailed everyone, and I know I am waiting for a few responses so I want to make sure the emails make it through and everyone is contacted. Thanks!

Just bringing this back up because I have discussed it this week with both Ben and Marty...

Since last Monday (so 1 week), we have had 19 new members join. That's pretty impressive to me.

You guys kind of disappointed me though... Marty and I were talking Tuesday I think and we were ~750 posts away from 45,000. I told him I bet we'd hit 45,000 by the end of the week. Well, although the week still has a few hours left, looks like we'll be alittle short of that goal... by less than 200.

I also added a little forum stats on the main page below the recent posts part that shows the total users, topics and posts, along with the daily average of each. Pretty impressive as well.

I would just like to thank everyone for making this site what it is today. Even though there are just a few main people running the site, it wouldn't be what it is right now if it weren't for all of the users.

The stats are cool. I find it hard to believe that there are only 3.11 users per day, though.
