How about some sort of chat?

If set up so that users in the chat can be seen from the 60v6 homepage, I think it might get more use than previous attempts... especially if a weekly chat time is set.

I know phpbbhacks.com has a pretty easy to add chat room. I out it on my site in less than an hour.
