Dont you mean lb inch and lb foot... Not foot inch and foot pounds....

Just note the spec units is inverted compared to how many say it... Its typicall said foot pounds and inch pounds. But the sheet has them in pound inch and pound foot. Not sure why.

Also its 115in/lbs for the first torque, and its listed that way because thats equivilant to 9.5ft/lbs... not something you can measure on a fl/lb wrench since its so low... 18ft/lbs however can be obtained by using a FT/lb wrench, and most likely exceeds what a in/lb wrench should be doing.
